I busted my ass major again today!

~Zumba'd for an hour, which was killer!

~After zumba was my 15 minute ab class, also KILLER!! ( I was chanting "fat girl gotta move" the whole time and my teacher was laughing her ass off)

~ Jumped on the elliptical for 20 minutes after the ab class

~30 minutes of swimmin'

SO today was productive...

30 minutes on elliptical
10 minutes on rower
20 minutes on treadmill
50 crunches on ab thingie at the gym
60 minutes of pool time

YEA, you read right...2 hours at the gym baby!!

And according to healthstatus.com's calories burned calculator (according to my weight and activitys) I burned a grand total of 1,201 calories today

I love cereal. I can't stop myself. If I wouldn't feel stupid about it and got all the nutrients I needed...I would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have actually. Every meal. I love it. I will nosh on cereal like it will not be there if I don't keep my face in it. It's terrible and wonderful all at the same time.

Holy crapola.

1 hour of Zumba, and immediately 20 minutes on the eliptical...that KILLS! My heartrate stayed around 180bpm tho the whole time witch rocks.

600 calories of Zumba
+100 calories on the elliptical
